Task List

Available actions are determined when parsing the form during the task list retrieval step, contained in the property with the key footer_panel

the locale is passed in the request headers to the API src/services/api.service.ts
when parsing forms, labels corresponding to the current locale are selected
when registering and updating the push notification token, the locale in use is passed along with the token

The currently selected theme is saved in local storage.
