Permission Matrix

Permission Matrix — an access control tool that allows flexible configuration of user and role permissions on system objects: documents and their individual attributes.

Matrices are bound to data types and define which actions are available to each role at each stage of the document lifecycle. Using the permission matrix you can:

• allow or deny viewing, creating, editing, and deleting records;

• control the visibility and availability of individual attributes for specific roles;

• define different permission sets depending on the document status.
