Business Processes
This section covers working with business processes in Citeck: modeling and executing processes based on BPMN, as well as configuring DMN decision tables.
Business Process Platform (BPMN) — a low-code tool for automating business processes based on the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standard. The built-in visual editor allows you to create and optimize process diagrams without deep technical knowledge. The section covers process creation and editing, access rights configuration, working with tasks and external tasks, administration, and KPI monitoring.
Decision Models (DMN) — a tool based on the DMN (Decision Model and Notation) standard for creating decision tables over incoming data sets. It allows flexible configuration of decision logic within processes and supports analytical and automation tasks. The section includes a description of the editor, basic operations, and access rights management.
