Description of specific functionalities
This section describes cross-module functionalities of the Citeck platform — tools available across various system modules regardless of the specific business process or record type.
Client 360 — an approach to working with counterparties: all client information is gathered in one place — interaction history, documents, tasks, and related records.
Card Preview — a built-in mode for viewing record data directly from the journal, without opening the full card.
Category Tree — a tool for hierarchical organization of journal records by arbitrary categories.
Hierarchy View — displaying journal records as a tree with the ability to add, edit, and move items by dragging.
Editing in OnlyOffice — opening and editing MS Office and OpenDocument format files directly in the browser without third-party applications.
Delegation — a mechanism for transferring tasks and authorities to other employees — for a period of absence or on a permanent basis.
WYSIWYG Editor — a visual editor for creating formatted content: text, tables, images, and formulas.
Document Templates — automatic generation of files (docx, etc.) based on pre-prepared templates and data from record cards.
Version Comparison — a visual display of differences between two versions of a document: added, modified, and deleted fragments are highlighted in the interface.
Card Actions — a set of built-in actions for managing a record: editing properties, printing, uploading a new version, creating assignments.
Work Schedule and Business Calendar — tools for managing working time: configuring schedules, holidays, and non-working days used in business processes.
Data Import — loading data from Excel files using a configured template, resulting in record cards of the selected type being automatically created in the system.
Barcode in PDF — automatic generation of a PDF document with an embedded barcode for identifying and tracking documents in business processes.
Electronic Signature (EDS) — signing documents using an enhanced qualified electronic signature (EQES), ensuring legal validity.
