Ready-to-Use Functional Modules

Functional modules are ready-to-use components of the Citeck platform designed to automate business processes for specific subject areas. Each module covers the complete lifecycle of working with a business object: data types, journals, processing workflows, notifications, and interface settings — everything needed to solve applied tasks without additional development.

The modules are available out of the box and can be configured to fit the processes of a specific organization: extended with additional fields, embedded in cross-functional business processes, or integrated with external systems.

Note

Since release 2025.1.3, functional modules are distributed across workspaces.

Each workspace includes a set of ready-made functional modules for solving tasks in a specific business domain. The user sees only the sections and data related to the selected workspace, which simplifies navigation and separates access. Below is the complete list of out-of-the-box workspaces and their included modules:

Clerical work

Space for managing administrative documentation, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as organizing and documenting meetings and their outcomes.
