Widget “Status”

Key doc-status

The widget displays the current status of the case (determined automatically by the system).

In the widget settings, you can enable the “Allow status change” option (allowChangeStatus).

When enabled, a dropdown list (chevron) with all available statuses appears in the widget, allowing the status to be changed directly from it.

The status change is performed without additional logic (no checks or validations, unless otherwise implemented in business processes via events). The user must have record editing permissions to change the status.
