Widget “Events History”

Key events-history

The widget displays events such as case creation, update, and status changes, recording the date and time of occurrence, participants, and comments.

The widget is presented as a table.

Filtering and event search can be configured for each column:

If fields in the data type are defined as multilingual, multilingual values are displayed:

For a BPMN process:

The following process entity events have been added to the widget:

  • Process creation;

  • Process version update, including the source version;

  • Publishing the process version to the engine.

Using the History Configuration aspect, you can configure data type attributes whose change history will not be recorded or displayed in the widget.
